Duties
- Conduct thorough legal research using tools such as LexisNexis and Westlaw to support case strategies and statutory interpretation.
- Draft and review legal documents including contracts, pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements with precision and clarity.
- Prepare for trial by organizing evidence, developing case strategies, and assisting with trial preparation activities.
- Represent clients in court depositions, hearings, and negotiations to advocate effectively on their behalf.
- Manage a diverse caseload across practice areas such as criminal defense litigation and family law matters.
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates, gather information, and clarify legal options.
- Maintain meticulous case management records using legal case management systems to ensure timely filings and compliance with court procedures.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school; admission to the state bar is required.
- Someone who is compassionate, empathetic, and ready to hit the ground running while learning.

Pay: $65,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
