Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Associate Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various areas of law, including Employment Law and Personal Injury Law. This role requires exceptional litigation skills, as well as the ability maintain a case load and conduct all aspects of civil litigation from inception up to trial. The Senior Associate Attorney will play a critical role in representing clients and providing expert legal advice while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Duties
Represent clients in legal proceedings, including litigation and negotiations.
Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
Draft, review, and file legal documents such as motions, briefs, and complaints.
Advise clients on their rights and obligations under various laws.
Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients to achieve favorable outcomes.
Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations relevant to Employment and Personal Injury Law.
Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff to ensure comprehensive case management.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior attorneys and legal administrative staff.
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Admission to the state bar of California and good standing.
Proven experience in all aspects of civil litigation from drafting complaints, discovery, law and motion, and taking depositions.
Strong understanding of Employment and Personal Injury Law.
Excellent writing skills with the ability to produce clear and persuasive legal documents.
Demonstrated ability to litigate effectively in court settings.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple cases simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $150,000.00 – $200,000.00 per year
