PATENT PROFESSIONALS (ATTORNEYS & AGENTS)
Harrity & Harrity, LLP is seeking experienced patent attorneys or patent agents to join our fast-growing Patent Preparation and Prosecution team. We are specifically looking for professionals with strong experience in semiconductor technologies, along with 5G, AI, software, aerospace, and/or medical devices. This is a 100% remote position (U.S. only) with a flexible schedule and an excellent opportunity for career growth.

Who You Are:
You currently do patent preparation and/or prosecution work
You have 2+ years of recent patent preparation/prosecution experience, with a strong preference for experience in semiconductors, 5G/wireless, AI, software, aerospace, and/or medical devices
You reside in the United States
You hold a technical degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Physics, or a related field
You are USPTO registered
Former USPTO Examiner experience is a plus
You are open to learning and utilizing proprietary automation software
You can work independently with minimal training
You have excellent attention to detail
You are motivated by success and client satisfaction
You are a strong communicator, both in writing and verbally
You are a team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
You have a positive attitude and a passion for learning
