Role Description
This is a full-time Associate Attorney role located on-site in Tulsa, OK. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for managing a wide range of cases, including civil, real estate, domestic, disputed trusts and estates, and corporate litigation. The ideal candidate would have 1-5 years’ experience in litigation. We will also consider recent law school graduates.
Key Responsibilities
Draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda
Manage case files from inception to resolution
Conduct legal research and issue discovery
Take and defend depositions
Attend hearings, mediations, and trials
Qualifications
Licensed to practice law in the State of Oklahoma
Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience at a law firm in litigation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented and organized
Ability to work effectively in a team
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
