Our Atlanta office is seeking a Trusts and Estates Associate Attorney to join our rapidly growing firm. We offer a competitive compensation, a flexible remote schedule, and a professional, supportive work environment. Trusts and Estates experience is required.

- Ability to speak to clients about complex family dynamics
- Valid Bar License is required (Any State)
Responsibilities Include:
- Estate Planning and Probate consultations
- Respond to client requests and legal questions
- Estate Planning document reviews
- Supervise remote document signings
- Business formations and reinstatements
- Ensure all clients are communicated with and cared for in a timely manner
Pay: $40.00 – $60.00 per hour

Experience:
- Clio: 2 years (Preferred)
- Trusts and Estate: 5 years (Required)
- Remote Consultations: 2 years (Preferred)
