Personal injury firm is seeking to fill a full-time Legal Support Specialist position for their East Valley and Central Phoenix offices. Experience in personal injury law is preferred, but not required. We will provide training. Fluency in Spanish is required. The position provides support to all attorneys working in our three Phoenix valley locations. The ideal candidate must have strong customer services skills and a genuine desire to assist accident victims. Pay is commensurate with experience, plus bonuses.
Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to lawyers and enhance office effectiveness
Handle communication with clients and insurance companies
Locate and develop case relevant information
Type and file basic documents and correspondence
Answer and direct phone calls
Maintain contact lists
Monitor deadlines and calendars
Monitor various platforms for incoming texts, faxes, and emails
