Role Description
This is a full-time role for a fully bilingual, minimum 7 years experienced Associate Attorney at the Law Offices of Jacqueline A. Salcines, PA. The Associate Attorney will provide legal advice to clients, handle day to day motion practice before Judges in Miami Dade, Broward and Palm Beach, draft motions, review legal documents, conduct legal research, conduct mediations, depositions, trial and participate in negotiations. The role requires close collaboration with the legal team to ensure clients' needs are met effectively and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Law, with a focus on commercial litigations, contracts, landlord tenant law, consumer protection
- Experience offering Legal Advice to clients across various circumstances
- Strong Research skills to analyze case law and regulations thoroughly
- Proficiency in Negotiation and dispute resolution
- Experience speaking with client
- Experience in motion practice
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Membership in good standing with the Florida Bar
- Minimum 7 years prior experience in another Florida firm required
The role will require to either have a book of business or attend a BNI or other type of lead generation.
