Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Law Student, Recent Law School Graduate, or New Attorney to work for us as an Independent Contractor our staff of attorneys with processing clients with Estate Planning, Business Planning, and Tax Planning needs.
Responsibilities
Provide Client Questionnaire and ensure accuracy in their responses.
When required, refer clients to the appropriate attorney for additional services.
Use company software and enter client data into program to produce appropriate documents that will be reviewed by attorney.
Assist in acquisition of clients by providing marketing and sales information to client.
Enter and manage client database and case management software to ensure process of cases are conducted in a timely and efficient manner.
Act as liason with client to get follow up or missing information.
Do research or other miscellaneous tasks as assigned by attorneys.
Experience
Must have completed your 1st year of Law School.
We will teach and mentor you on the areas of law that you will be working in but prefer that our Law Clerks are planning on starting their own law practice in the areas of Estate Planning, Business Planning, and/or Tax Planning.
Sales experience is preferred but not required. Candidate, however, should be comfortable working in a sales environment.
Benefits:
You can set your own hours. We have availability from 9am to 9pm every day of the week.
You will be working 100% from home or other remote location. All meetings are done virtually.
There is no limit to your earnings. You will be paid based on paid clients and can earn as much income as you want.
All of our Law Clerks that stay with the program are immediately brought on as Network Attorneys for the organization and will be provided with a steady stream of client referrals upon licensing.

Pay: Up to $4,000.00 per month
