We are looking to add an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our Personal Injury Department. The successful candidate will work on all aspects of our complex litigation cases. The ideal candidate is a reliable team player with a friendly, positive attitude and a high level of professionalism and will play a key supporting role in ensuring that our clients are well served. The position require:
5+ years of litigation paralegal experience in the area of personal injury or a related practice area;
Proficiency in applying the rules of civilprocedures in both state and federal courts;
Experience in reviewing and analyzing business, financial, and other case-related documents, and records;
Well-developed writing and research skills;
Experience drafting pleadings, discovery, and routine correspondence;
The ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of people;
The ability to develop and maintain cooperative working relationships;
The ability to work with limited supervision;
The ability to effectively instruct and direct administrative staff;
The ability to anticipate attorney needs, identifying problems and finding solutions;
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to prioritize a high-volume workload;
Experience in managing electronic and paper filing systems;
Experience preparing for and attending arbitration, mediation, and trial.

SALARY RANGE: $60,000 to $70,000+, starting salary within the range will be commensurate with the candidate’s level of experience.
