Job Overview:
Our growing lemon law firm is seeking a sharp, data-driven Legal Operations Analyst to optimize our workflows and enhance our case management processes. In this role, you’ll analyze our current operations, identify bottlenecks, and implement data-driven solutions to improve our case retention and settlement rates.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Data Collection and Management
Gather and organize large datasets from various sources (e.g., databases, APIs, spreadsheets).
Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency through validation and cleansing processes.
Data Analysis and Insights
Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights to support decision-making.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Excel.
Business Intelligence
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to support strategic initiatives.
Modeling and Statistical Analysis
Perform statistical analysis using tools like Python, R, or SQL.
Apply predictive modeling techniques to forecast business outcomes.
Data Visualization
Create clear and compelling data visualizations to present findings to managing partners.
Use storytelling techniques to convey complex data insights in a simple manner.
Process Improvement
Identify areas for automation and optimization in data workflows.
Implement tools and processes to improve data quality and accessibility.
Documentation and Reporting
Maintain thorough documentation of data processes, analyses, and reports.
Generate periodic and ad hoc reports tailored to business needs.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
Experience: [X years] of experience in a data analysis or similar role.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or other programming languages.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $81,404.00 – $130,000.00 per year
