Associate Attorney – Florida
Rathbone Group is looking for a driven attorney with 2-5 years of experience to join its Florida practice. This is a fully remote attorney position, so the location is flexible but the ideal candidate must reside and be licensed in the state of Florida. Candidates should have exemplary organizational and negotiation skills with an ability to handle a large volume of cases from investigation through litigation and trial.
Candidates should be resourceful and have the ability to work well with others and independently. Prior civil litigation experience in local courts and with litigation, discovery, motion practice and trial experience is desired.
Required experience:
- Attorney: 2+ years
- Litigation, discovery, motion practice and trial: 2+ years
- Handling a large volume of cases from investigation through litigation and trial: 2+ years
- Prior civil litigation in Florida courts: 2+ years
