Position: Associate Attorney (3rd Party Coverage)
Innovative Driven is currently seeking an Associate Attorney with 2-4 years of experience in 3rd Party Insurance Coverage to join the Tampa-based team at a well-respected civil litigation firm.
The firm’s practice is devoted entirely to defense and insurance litigation. They proudly represent corporations, insurance companies, and insured individuals in cases and claims involving liability insurance coverage issues.
The fulltime role is hybrid, with 3 days onsite in Tampa, Florida, and 2 days remote!
Responsibilities:
Drafting/reviewing/responding to discovery documents
Court appearances
Motion practice
Performing legal/3rd party insurance research
Requirements:
JD from an accredited law school
Admission to Florida bar
2-4 years of third party coverage attorney-level experience.
