Associate Attorney Jobs in Fort Lauderdale, FL at Kosmos
Kahane & Associates, P.A., an award-winning consumer finance litigation law firm located in Sunrise, is seeking skilled, passionate foreclosure legal secretaries/paralegals for the 1st legal department with a minimum of 2-4 years of experience handling the following tasks:
Must have strong knowledge of all tasks in the foreclosure 1st legal department moving files from intake to service.
Preparing foreclosure complaints, amended complaints, pleadings, motions and other legal documents.
E-filing
Updating client platforms, including BKFS LoanShere, TEMPO and Legal Tracker;
Run SCRA & PACER searches
Candidates must be:
Proactive, organized, and have the ability to manage a case load independently and as part of a team
Driven, have exemplary work ethic, ability to multitask with a great attitude and minimal supervision.
