This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Attorney located in the Greater Savannah Area. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice, conducting research, negotiating, and handling Worker’s Compensation cases relating to the Defense Base Act (Division of Longshore and Harbor Workers’ Compensation).
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Valid Bar License Required
Legal Advice and Negotiation skills
Experience in Labor and Employment Law a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Experience working with military personnel is a plus
