L’Abbate, Balkan, Colavita & Contini, LLP (LBC&C) is seeking an associate attorney for our East Hanover, New Jersey office. Founded in 1981, LBC&C has established itself as a prominent insurance defense law firm with a proven track record of successfully defending legal, accounting, business and design professionals.
Responsibilities:
Handle litigation matters from the inception of the case through resolution, including legal research, drafting pleadings, discovery, depositions, court appearances, and motion practice.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Member in good standing with the New Jersey Bar.
- Admission to the New York Bar a plus.
- Minimum 3 – 5 years of litigation experience.
- Excellent writing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary Range:
- $95,000.00 – $125,000.00 per year.
