Your role as an Associate Attorney
As a Full-Time Associate Attorney at Perdue, Brandon, Fielder, Collins and Mott L.L.P. in Arlington, Texas, you will play a pivotal role in our legal team by reviewing and drafting essential legal documents such as pleadings, notices, discovery, judgments, and legal memorandum. Your responsibilities will include managing court dockets in surrounding counties, making court appearances, advising clients on tax matters, communicating with taxpayers and attorneys, assisting with appellate matters, marketing, attending local evening/weekend events, and statewide conferences.
Collaborating closely with our dedicated staff on various litigation activities, you will expertly calendar and monitor all deadlines, providing timely and effective advice to clients.
