Worrick Robinson Law, PLLC is a sole practitioner attorney based in Nashville, Tennessee primarily representing clients in Criminal Defense matters and providing Crisis Management services.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Paralegal/Legal Assistant to support the attorney. This is a dynamic, fast-paced position suited for a proactive and adaptable Paralegal/Legal Assistant with strong multitasking skills and the ability to integrate quickly with different case types.
Pay: $25.00 – $40.00 per hour (commensurate with experience)
Schedule: Full-Time
Location: In-Person

Key Responsibilities:
· Draft, proofread, and file legal documents (state and federal courts, including e-filing)
· Manage attorney calendar, schedule hearings, depositions, and client meeting
· Handle case management tasks, including maintaining electronic files and trial binders
· Conduct legal research and fact investigation
· Perform other administrative duties as needed to support the attorney
Qualifications
· Previous experience as a Criminal law Paralegal/Legal Assistant
· Solid knowledge of Tennessee criminal and civil procedure and court filing requirements (state and federal)
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
· Excellent organizational and time management skills
· Outstanding written communication skills
· Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal communication skills
· Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to shifting priorities
· High degree of discretion and confidentiality
Preferred Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s Degree or Paralegal Certificate
