Position Type: Full-Time, In Person

Graham Family Law is a growing, boutique family law firm in San Antonio, Texas. We represent clients in all areas of family law, including divorce, child custody, child support, property division, enforcement actions, and protective orders. We are seeking an experienced, highly professional Family Law Paralegal to join our team and grow with us.
Key Responsibilities
Draft pleadings, motions, orders, and discovery in family law matters (e.g., SAPCRs, divorce decrees, post-judgment actions)
Prepare discovery requests and responses; organize and manage discovery productions
File legal documents through the Texas e-filing system (eFileTexas)
Maintain and manage case files, client information, and deadlines in our case management system (e.g., MyCase or Clio)
Maintain regular communication with clients, attorneys, and courts regarding case status and updates
Assist with trial preparation, including preparation of trial binders, exhibits, and witness lists
Coordinate hearings, depositions, mediations, and meetings
Perform general administrative and legal support as needed
Required Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of family law paralegal experience, preferably in Bexar County
Deep familiarity with Texas family law procedures, forms, and deadlines
Strong drafting skills and attention to detail
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and legal case management software (e.g., MyCase, Clio)
Experienced with Texas e-filing
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized, dependable, and capable of managing multiple deadlines
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience preparing complex financial disclosures, inventories, and property divisions
Knowledge of local court rules and procedures in surrounding counties
Paralegal certification or formal legal education is a plus, but not required
Spanish speaking is a plus, but not required
