Client is seeking an attorney with a minimum of five years of knowledge of/experience with employee benefits law and ERISA, including qualified retirement plans design and compliance, executive compensation, health & welfare plans, fringe benefits, mergers and acquisitions, sponsor and fiduciary risk management, benefit plan documentation, ERISA claims and dispute resolution, governmental investigations and audits, Affordable Care Act compliance, and 409A.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $170,000.00 – $200,000.00 per year
