About the Role
We are hiring an Associate Attorney with 1-3 years of litigation experience to join a highly respected plaintiff’s firm in South Bay, CA. Key Responsibilities
Handle a variety of litigation cases, including personal injury, employment law, and consumer protection suits.
Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.
Assist in case strategy development, including discovery, depositions, and trial preparation.
Attend court hearings, mediations, and depositions, advocating on behalf of clients.
Manage client communications, ensuring regular updates and strategic guidance throughout the legal process.
Work collaboratively with senior attorneys to support complex litigation matters.
Analyze statutory and case law to strengthen legal arguments and case positions.
Key Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
1-3 years of litigation experience, preferably in personal injury or employment law.
Active license to practice law in California, in good standing with the California State Bar.
Strong legal research and writing skills, with experience drafting motions and pleadings.
Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent client communication and advocacy skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and case management abilities.
