We are pleased to announce our Boston based boutique law firm with emphasis in creditor’s rights and commercial litigation is seeking a full-time Associate Attorney with 1 to 5 years experience. Applicant must be licensed in Massachusetts. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a diverse, fast-paced, team environment.
This position requires candidate to handle multiple tasks and deadlines, all manner of court appearances, take direction from co-workers, and to prioritize tasks. It is also expected that the candidate will have excellent time-management skills and be computer literate with a better then basic understanding of Word and Excel.
This position involves a great deal of immediate responsibilities, including court appearances, reviewing and signing pleadings, writing and research. The position provides an opportunity for great courtroom experience and significant exposure to civil litigation.
Experience working in the area of creditor’s representation preferred but not necessary
