Hightower, Stratton, Novigrod, & Kantor, an AV-rated insurance defense law firm, is seeking a talented and motivated Associate Attorney with 1-3 years of experience in bodily injury litigation and trucking defense to join our dynamic team in West Palm Beach.
About the *
As an Associate Attorney, you *
Handle a variety of cases involving bodily injury and trucking defense litigation.
Assist in all phases of litigation, including drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation.
Work closely with clients, adjusters, and senior attorneys to develop effective legal strategies.
Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and arbitrations.

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
Admission to the Florida Bar and in good standing.
1-3 years of litigation experience, with a focus on bodily injury and/or trucking defense.
Strong legal research and writing skills.
Excellent communication and advocacy abilities.
Ability to manage deadlines and multitask in a fast-paced environment
This is an in-office position, must be located in West Palm Beach
