Job description:
Growing landlord-tenant law firm located in Irvine, California that represents landlords and property management companies seeking attorney. Compensation commensurate with experience.
Responsibilities:
- Work directly under a partner of the law firm
- Review and analyze documents provided by clients
- Draft letters, legal notices, and pleadings on behalf of clients
- Provide legal guidance to clients on landlord-tenant issue
​​Qualifications:
- Active member in good standing with the California State Bar
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to build and maintain rapport with clients
- Prior experience in landlord-tenant law preferred, but not required
