We are currently looking for a dependable and professional individual to join our team in a dual-role position combining office runner duties with client intake responsibilities.
Position Summary:
The Runner / Intake Specialist plays a key support role in the smooth operation of our firm. This position requires strong communication skills, a high level of organization, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Runner Duties:
Pick up and deliver documents to courts, clients, and other legal offices
Run errands for the firm including mail drop-offs, supply pickups, and filing at courthouse
Maintain accurate logs of all deliveries and pickups
Intake Specialist Duties:
Answer inbound calls, emails, and web inquiries from potential clients
Conduct detailed intake interviews to assess the nature of the legal issue
Accurately enter and manage client data within our CRM and case management systems
Follow up with leads to schedule consultations and maintain contact
Collaborate with attorneys and staff to ensure seamless client onboarding
Maintain confidentiality and uphold client service standards at all times
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Friendly and professional demeanor
Detail-oriented with excellent time management
Prior experience in a legal or client service setting is a plus
