The Role
We’re looking for an Associate Attorney to join our Bradenton office and support a broad civil practice, including real estate, corporate/business, construction, land use, litigation, family law, and estate planning matters.
Responsibilities
- Represent clients in litigation and transactional matters
- Draft and review contracts, pleadings, and legal documents
- Conduct legal research
- Attend hearings, depositions, and client meetings
- Manage caseload and deadlines
Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- 3+ years of experience needed in litigation
- Active member of The Florida Bar
- Strong writing, research, and communication skills
- Recent bar admittees welcome to apply
Salary and Other Compensation:
The base salary for this position is between $130,000 – $170,000 annually. Factors that may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
