Our client, a well-established law firm, is seeking talented and motivated Civil Litigation Attorneys to join their expanding team located in Southern New Hampshire! This firm is hiring for multiple openings – if you are an attorney with 1 to 4 years of experience looking for an opportunity to grow your litigation skills, gain courtroom and deposition experience, and work alongside seasoned trial attorneys, this is the role for you!
Key Responsibilities:
Handle civil litigation matters from open to close.
Conduct legal research and draft compelling legal documents including motions, pleadings, and discovery responses.
Assist in preparing for trial, depositions, hearings, and other legal proceedings.
Collaborate with senior attorneys in case strategy and client communications.
Qualifications:
Admission to the New Hampshire State Bar or sufficient UBE score to be admitted to the jurisdiction.
1 to 4 years of experience in civil litigation (Professional Liability and Tort Defense experience a plus).
Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
Strong academic record and demonstrated ability to analyze complex legal issues.
