Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Associate Attorney to join our dynamic family law firm. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in family law and a passion for advocating on behalf of clients. This role requires excellent legal acumen, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage a diverse caseload effectively. LOPEZ LAW OFFICE, P.C. provides the resources for an Associate Attorney to grow in developing their practice skills.

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Admission to the state bar and in good standing.

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience practicing family law.

Strong litigation and negotiation skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.

Proficiency in legal research tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Proficiency with case management software.

Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred but not required.
