What

We’re Looking For:

We seek a talented Associate Attorney with 2-5 years of experience who possesses:

Exceptional writing and research skills – Clear, persuasive legal writing is key.

Strong litigation skills – Trial experience is a plus but not required.

Interpersonal and advocacy skills – The ability to engage with clients, opposing counsel, and the courts effectively.

Adaptability and organization – You must manage multiple cases, meet deadlines, and navigate shifting priorities with confidence.

A team mindset – While independence is valued, we work collaboratively to achieve success.

Key Responsibilities:

Legal Research & Case Strategy – Utilize Lexis Nexis, Westlaw, and other tools to develop case strategies.

Drafting & Documentation – Prepare motions, pleadings, and other legal documents with precision.

Client Advocacy – Provide sound legal counsel, engage in negotiations, and represent clients in litigation.

Case Management – Maintain well-organized case files and collaborate effectively with our legal team.

Requirements:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Licensed to practice law in Colorado

2-5 years of legal experience preferred

Litigation experience is a plus, but not required
