Key Responsibilities:
Draft and prepare legal documents including contracts, briefs, and pleadings.
Organize and manage case files with meticulous attention to detail.
Conduct legal research to support case strategies.
Review and analyze documents for accuracy and completeness.
Coordinate meetings, depositions, and court appearances.
Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
Assist attorneys with project management tasks and case preparation.
Perform clerical duties such as filing, scanning, and document management.
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Paralegal, Legal Assistant, or in a similar role.
Proven expertise in family law and legal administrative tasks.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in legal terminology, processes, and document review.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
A positive, can-do attitude with a commitment to client satisfaction.
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour, based on experience.
Full-time position with 40 hours per week. Flexible schedule.
