Absolute Law Group is looking for a part-time, remote Associate Attorney who is licensed in the state of Florida. Responsibilities
Reviewing documents and giving feedback to paralegals
Create and oversee guardianship cases
Answering client questions and walking clients through their documents
Virtual participation at signings for both The Villages and the Ocala offices
Assist clients with designing their trusts and work collaboratively with paralegals
Learn about all legal areas of the firm and be able to make informed decisions on various cases
Qualifications
:
To make a difference and be effective on this flourishing elder law team, the successful candidate must have a JD, an active FL license, and be driven to help people secure their futures and their legacies. This person should also have integrity and a desire to make life easier, better, and not so overwhelming for the clients.Here is more of what we are looking for:

A strong work ethic, and someone who is patient, empathetic, and compassionate can do remarkable things for the firm
Compensation
: $65,000.00 annual salary
