Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Associate Attorney role based in White Plains, NY. The Associate Attorney will work closely with senior attorneys to provide legal advice, conduct research, and draft legal documents. Responsibilities include advising clients on corporate law matters, negotiating contracts, and representing clients on a variety of corporate legal issues.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and experience in Corporate Law
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school and admission to the New York State Bar
- Experience with healthcare law is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
