The Ideal Attorney will:

Responsibilities and Duties:
Communicate in a professional manner with potential and existing clients, including one-on-one client contact regarding all aspects of each of their cases
Ability to take direction as well as work independently
Manage cases from inception, through negotiation, litigation and trial
Qualifications and Skills
Qualified candidates must:
Have Experience in Litigation, be able to manage a full case load and have a deep passion for helping consumers who have suffered a serious injury or has been let down by their insurance company
Be a member of the Florida Bar in good standing.
Have civil litigation experience and/or comparable trial experience
Reside locally and prefer an in-office setting (*this is not a remote position)
Have strong legal research and excellent writing skills
Possess strong/persuasive oral advocacy
Be a quick study of technology
Can provide excellent customer service to our clients, with a client-first mindset
Communicate in a highly effective manner with team members and clients
Can work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Ability to prioritize assignments, meet deadlines, and work on multiple projects simultaneously
Be detail-oriented, practice excellent time management, and have a positive attitude.

Office Hours: Mon.-Fri.:8:30 am – 5:00 pm

*Benefits are available after a 90-day probation period.
