As an Associate Attorney with us, you’ll manage a high-volume consumer caseload, utilizing your skills to advocate for those who need it most. This full-time, salaried position is entirely remote, with occasional in-person court appearances when necessary.
What You’ll Do
– Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and opposing counsel
– Engage in strategic settlement negotiations
– Review and analyze court documents
– Draft and file responsive pleadings with precision
– Identify and challenge unfair debt collection practices
– Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support our mission
What We’re Looking For
– Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school
– Active California Bar license
– A driven, results-oriented mindset with a passion for consumer advocacy
Preferred Qualifications
– 1+ years of litigation experience
– Experience in Debt Settlement, Bankruptcy, FDCPA, or consumer civil litigation
– Additional state bar licenses are a plus
