Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Associate Attorney with a strong background in civil litigation to join its growing Dallas office. The ideal candidate will independently manage litigation matters while collaborating with experienced attorneys representing businesses, professionals, and insurance clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle civil litigation matters from case inception through trial.
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, legal briefs, and correspondence.
- Conduct legal research and prepare case strategy.
- Manage depositions, hearings, mediations, and court appearances.
- Represent clients in Texas state courts.
- Collaborate with partners and litigation teams.
- Maintain client communication and provide legal guidance.
- Meet deadlines while managing multiple litigation matters.
Required Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Active license with the Texas State Bar (Required).
- Civil Litigation experience.
- Experience handling litigation matters independently.
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Team-oriented with the ability to work collaboratively.
Preferred Qualifications
- Texas State Court Civil Litigation experience.

- Strong client relationship management skills.
Pay: $100,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
