Description of Roles
We currently have two openings – for an Associate and Senior Associate. These are full-time, on-site roles based in Bengaluru. Each will be responsible for day-to-day client tasks related to legal consulting and
advocacy
. This includes conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, directly interacting with clients, and providing legal advice and
advocacy
services to corporate clients.
Qualifications & Experience
Senior Associate – 4 to 7 years PQE
and
Associate – 1 to 4 years PQE
Be admitted to a Bar Council
Be based in or be ready to move to Bangalore
Possess excellent research, writing, and
communication skills
Have the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience Focus
It will be an added advantage to have prior experience in handling labour & employment laws, corporate advisory and as also exposure to technology contracts review and negotiation.
