Role Description
We are seeking candidates for full-time Associate, Junior Associate, and PR Staff roles at our office located in Hanoi Capital Region. Associates and Junior Associates will handle legal research, drafting legal documents, and providing counsel to clients in areas such as M&A, capital markets, dispute resolution, and more. PR Staff will focus on external communication strategies, including drafting press releases, managing media relations, and supporting firm branding initiatives. The roles require active collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure exceptional results and effective client representation.
Qualifications
- Strong legal expertise, with skills in contract drafting, legal research, compliance, and client counseling for Associates and Junior Associates.
- Excellent communication skills, media management, and content creation capabilities for PR Staff roles.
- Collaborative abilities, attention to detail, and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in English and Vietnamese language (written and verbal) is required.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities to deliver strategic solutions.
- Experience in corporate law, dispute resolution, or public relations is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Communications, Public Relations, or related fields as applicable to the role.
