We are currently looking for a mid-level Associate to join our team.
Qualifications
- Law degree from a reputable university and admitted to the Bar
- 3–5 years of professional experience in legal practice
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Strong experience in corporate advisory and commercial contract drafting/review
- Familiar with litigation and dispute management processes
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment
Key Responsibilities
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements
- Providing corporate and commercial legal advice to local and international clients
- Supporting and following up litigation and enforcement proceedings
- Preparing legal memoranda and participating in client meetings and international correspondence
