I am seeking a mid-level Associate with 3 to 6 years of Big Law experience to join my clients Structured Finance practice. This position will be resident in their New York office.
With over 950+ attorneys in 15 offices globally, my client is an AmLaw 100 firm recognized for its expertise in corporate, banking and finance, and regulatory practices. They have become known for their innovative approach to legal services, leveraging technology and collaboration to deliver client-focused solutions.
This is a Partner track position has come from sustained growth in the firms practice due to significant increases in business and Partner laterals. They offer high-quality and varied work, direct Partner access, and a strong platform for Associates looking to deepen their experience and build their own book of business in a well-regarded and growing practice.
Requirements:
Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA accredited law school and admission to the NY Bar.
3 – 6 years of experience in Structured Finance.
