Job Description
The Mid-Level Associate Lawyer position offers an excellent opportunity for dynamic legal professionals looking to advance their careers in a dynamic and intellectually challenging environment. We are seeking individuals with a solid foundation in M&A, corporate and commercial law who are eager to contribute as part of a collaborative team.
The associate will be involved in drafting and negotiating agreements, conducting due diligence exercises, and undertaking legal research. He/She will also work closely with senior lawyers on complex M&A transactions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Law.
- Bar qualifications.
- 3+ years of experience in corporate and commercial law. M&A experience is a plus.
- Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
