You will be involved in representing clients in significant commercial disputes, navigating through intricate legal issues, and managing cases that often attract significant media and public attention. The Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Handling a broad range of commercial litigation matters, including contract disputes, financial services litigation, and cross-border disputes.
Advising clients on legal strategy and risk management in contentious matters.
Collaborating with international teams on multi-jurisdictional cases.
Drafting legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence.
Managing court proceedings and arbitration cases.
Engaging in negotiations, settlement discussions, and alternative dispute resolution.
Key Requirements:
A minimum of 4 years’ post-qualification experience (PQE) in commercial litigation.
Strong experience handling complex disputes in a leading law firm.
Exposure to multi-jurisdictional litigation is highly desirable.
Excellent analytical, drafting, and advocacy skills.
A proactive, commercial mindset with a strong client focus.
