We are looking for an Associate to join our M&A team.

Role:
You will be:
- Play a proactive role in multi-disciplinary projects, including Corporate, Commercial, Contracts, M&A, Civil Law;
- Close cooperation with our corporate clients;
- Deepen the knowledge in legal areas such as commercial law, consumer, advertising, regulatory, contract and transaction management, litigation, and compliance;
Candidate requirements:
- bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) and a post graduate degree (LLM or equivalent) in Civil Law or Commercial Law;
- 5-7 years’ experience in a law firm or corporate environment;
- excellent command of the English language;
- high level of accuracy and attention to detail;
- ability to work independently but also able to work as a team player meeting deadlines;
- excellent communication and organization skills;
- commercial awareness;
- proven experience in civil and commercial litigation would be considered as an advantage.
