Position: Assistant Vice President/ Senior Manager – Private Equity, Mergers & Acquisitions – Legal
We are seeking a talented individual to join our Private Equity, Mergers & Acquisitions team at Marsh India Insurance Brokers Pvt Ltd. This role will be based in Mumbai. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. Assistant Vice President/ Senior Manager – Private Equity, Mergers & Acquisitions (Legal)
We will count on you to:
Responsible for transactional risk insurance within the PEMA team. Analyse the representations and warranties contained in the draft SPA from an insurance perspective and to determine potential solution structures. Negotiate the terms of the Warranty & Indemnity (W&I) policy on behalf of the client’s in order to structure a W&I policy which mirrors the SPA as closely as possible. What you need to have: 5+ years of experience in Law firms.
Experience of
working on PE / M&A transactions and have conducted legal DD. Ability to manage
diverse
client cultures of Indian corporate, MNCs and PSU clients. Domain knowledge preferred What makes you stand out? Proven
