**DESCRIPTION**
Nevada law firm seeking an experienced attorney to assist with civil litigation matters on a contractual basis. Primary matters are personal injury, however, we handle other case types as well. Although we have an internal team to assist you, we expect that you will be responsible to effectively manage any assigned matters.
**REQUIREMENTS**
– Must have at least 5 years of litigation experience
– Licensed in Nevada
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
Conduct legal research and analysis
Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
Conduct depositions
Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and courts as necessary.
Assist in trial preparation and first chair trial, if necessary
Services will be performed remotely, however, you must be available for court appearances, if required. Expenses would be paid, of course.
