We are looking to add a hybrid Global Project, Energy, and Infrastructure Finance Associate ( Mid-Level Associate: 3-5 years ) to the team at our New York office – this is an opportunity to alongside a dynamic team, and collaborative environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES & QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in renewable energy transactions, particularly involving tax-equity financings, tax credit monetization, and investments in partnership structures that own assets such as wind and solar projects
A strong foundation in project finance, with exposure to energy transition, natural resources, and/or infrastructure sectors
PREFERRED: A strong academic record and prior training at a leading law firm
BENEFITS & COMPENSATION
Base Salary range: $310,000 – $455,000 (or DOE)
Class of 2021 and above with three or more years of experience in project finance, energy, natural resources, infrastructure and private equity.
