Overview:

Law on Call is looking for a Administrative Receptionist. You will help our lawyers take care of our clients while keeping organization top-of-mind.

As one of the first points of contact for our firm, your duties will include answering phones, scheduling meetings, offering administrative support, and providing an excellent client experience. You will have the opportunity to welcome guests and greet visitors, while also helping coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls.

Responsibilities:

Answer client phone calls
Interact with clients to resolve issues and direct them to the right attorney
Provide support to attorneys
Build relationships with clients
Be flexible and take initiative to help support other areas of the business as needed
Ability to learn and adapt to an autonomy driven, employee focused company culture

Minimum Qualifications:

One (1) year of experience as a legal assistant
One (1) year of experience as a receptionist
Strong communication and people skills
Strong desire to help people and businesses
Excellent customer service skills
Well spoken, articulate and helpful
Passionate about interacting with clients and helping people
You’re approachable, adaptable, and have a great sense of humor (because we do too!)

Preferred Qualifications:

Two (2) years of experience as legal assistant
Two (2) years of experience as a Receptionist
Fluent in Spanish
