As an administrative assistant associate on our House Counsel Legal team, your role will be key to ensuring our office runs efficiently. Your primary focus will be the processing of steadily incoming electronic and physical mail – which will include scanning and storing electronic copies of sensitive legal documents typically crucial to legal cases. Often dealing with tight deadlines, sharp attention to detail and strong time management skills will be useful while handling administrative tasks and requests from attorneys or clients. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to grow your expertise in a law office, this might be the perfect place for you.
This position will require you to report into our Atlanta House Counsel office.
Must-have qualifications
High School diploma/GED equivalent or higher
Preferred Skills
Professional experience in an office setting with duties requiring the physical and digital processing of office documents including sorting, scanning, distribution, and filing
Working knowledge of legal and/or insurance terms
Ability to operate a PC with a strong working knowledge of software such as Microsoft Office and Lotus Notes
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with others and work collaboratively
The ability to multi-task and work under direct supervision
Compensation
$17.78 – $19.03/hour
Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 16% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
