Job Summary
Elite Billing and Collections is seeking a full-time, remote Medical Paralegal to join our growing team. We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with experience in medical legal processes.Responsibilities include filing Federal and State arbitrations, preparing for Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) cases, and drafting reconsiderations and appeals for workers’ compensation claims. The position operates on an 8am to 4pm EST schedule.

Experience
Proven experience as a Paralegal or in a similar role within a legal environment is preferred.
Strong knowledge of legal and medical terminology, processes, and documentation related to medical claims.
Excellent clerical skills with a keen eye for detail in proofreading documents.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Proficiency in legal research tools and software is advantageous.
