GMM Pfaudler Ltd is hiring for Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager – HSE (Health Safety & Environment) to be based in Karamsad, Anand location.
Responsibilities
▪️ Developing and implementing health and safety plans, enforcing policies, and evaluation practices and facilities to ensure compliance with legal guidelines.
▪️ Implementation of Safety norms as per permission condition and to ensure safe at plant.
▪️ Review and update procedures and policies, as necessary, to reflect current operations and regulatory compliance
▪️ Monitor compliance with procedure and policies by observing employee operation to promote a culture of health and safety
▪️ Plan and implement programs to train managers and employees in work site safety practices, injury prevention, fire prevention and correct handling techniques for equipment /job
▪️ Developing and implementing British Five Star safety system and procedures
▪️ Create culture of Safety for our people by maintaining the company’s Safety, Health and Environment policies and procedure in compliance with local, state, National and International standard like OSHA
▪️ Maintain and develop standard ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 and its audit and compliance
▪️ Organization Monthly Safety review meeting, Monthly business review meeting and MIS data for ESG review meeting
▪️ Complete all accident/injury /incident reporting and performs investigation to determine cause and possible preventive measure, makes corrective action recommendations to upper management concerning safety, health and environment issues
▪️ Lesioning and submission of compliance to State rules, Act, and other EHS legal requirements
▪️ Ensures, in accordance with the corporate guidelines, the implementation, updating, review and auditing of the company HSE system
▪️ Inspect company facilities and site to detect existing or potential accident and health hazards, determine corrective or preventive measures were indicated and follow up to ensure measures have been implemented.
▪️ Contributing to achieve organization sustainability and goals
▪️ Prepare the data for ESG requirements
▪️ Coordinate and execute EHS elements of the customers/project
requirements
Qualifications
▪️ Bachelor’s degree in occupational health and safety and environmental
Science or a related field, Diploma in Industrial Safety
▪️ ISO 14001:2015
▪️ ISO 45001:2018
▪️ British Five Star Rating
▪️ HSE management system implementation
Preferred Experience
10 to 12 Years
