Solomon, Vigh & Springer, P.A. is a commercial litigation law firm located outside of downtown Tampa in the Tampa Heights district. Our practice is concentrated on representing business contract disputes throughout the State of Florida.
We are currently seeking a full-time administrative legal assistant to support our attorneys and litigation legal assistants. The administrative legal assistant will be responsible for answering incoming phone calls and forwarding calls, assisting with opening new files by gathering business records and other pertinent documents, writing and sending letters, and other administrative and legal assistant duties.
The ideal candidate shall be familiar with Microsoft Office, able to type, work well in a team setting, have excellent communication skills, possess a keen attention to detail, and have a positive self-starter attitude.
