What do we need?

You will oversee and manage all legal activities within Whiteline Activation, ensuring full compliance with applicable laws and regulations. This critical role involves providing strategic legal advice, managing contracts, mitigating risks, and supporting IPO-related legal documentation and compliance.

What you will do?

Provide clear and timely legal advice for management and teams on various legal topics

Analyze and address potential legal risks in business operations

Monitor changes in legal and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance

Oversee the preparation, review, and management of all IPO-related legal documents

Coordinate with external legal advisors for Legal Due Diligence Reports and provide guidance during the IPO process

Work with the Company Secretary on documentation for executive, Board, and shareholders’ meetings, including SEC reporting

Draft, review, and negotiate contracts to protect the company’s interests

Maintain a centralized record of legal documents and ensure timely updates or renewals

Oversee corporate matters such as Board meetings, company structure updates, and labor issues

What you will need?

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

At least 5 years of experience in corporate legal management or a similar role

Proven expertise in contract drafting, negotiations, and handling legal aspects of IPOs

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law or equivalent

Strong understanding of corporate, labor, and commercial laws

Comprehensive knowledge of IPO-related compliance

Proficiency in English is required

Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills

High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure

Strong ethical judgment and integrity

Strategic thinking and problem-solving
