Qualifications and Experience:
A Bachelor’s degree or 14 years of education in a related field, along with up to 6 years of relevant experience, is required, with a strong understanding of legal terminology and processes.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and coordinate all travel logistics for Board Meetings, including booking flights, arranging hotel accommodations, organizing ground transportation, and handling visa applications.
Create and manage comprehensive travel itineraries that optimize efficiency and cost savings.
Identify and proactively mitigate potential travel disruptions or emergencies.
Cultivate and manage partnerships with travel agencies, hotels, and transportation providers, negotiating competitive rates while ensuring high-quality service.
Keep meticulous records of all travel-related documents.
Provide support in the preparation, review, and management of legal documents pertaining to travel services.
Conduct legal research and remain informed about relevant laws and regulations.
Assist the legal team in handling contracts and agreements with vendors and clients.
Organize and maintain documentation for legal cases and projects.
Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders on legal matters.
Contribute to compliance audits and ensure adherence to legal requirements.
